A once-off setup fee is charged before work begins. Monthly hosting fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the current billing period has started.
You confirm all content and images you supply are owned by you or you have written permission to use them. You indemnify us against any claims arising from content you provide.
We aim to deliver your preview site within 48 hours of receiving your completed content form. This timeline may vary depending on the volume of current work.
Reasonable content changes are included. Structural redesigns or plan changes may incur additional fees which will be quoted in advance.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. You will receive a copy of your site files on cancellation. No refund is given for partial months.
Governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court.
